Rejoice! Proposition 8 Ruled Unconstitutional

Yesterday was a victorious day for the LGBT community in California and across the country. When the announcement was made that the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals determined that Proposition 8 violates the U.S. Constitution, the reaction from supporters of LGBT marriage came far and wide. As Michael Adee, Executive Director of More Light Presbyterians said, “Everyone has the right to be part of a family.”
With yesterdays ruling we are now one step closer to making LGBT marriage equality a reality for everyone in the U.S.
