Registration
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like name and email address). We use that contact information to send the user email updates and, when necessary, to contact the user. User data is not shared with other organizations or used for other purposes under any circumstances and is held in complete privacy.

Opt-Out
Users can have their name and data removed from our database at any time by sending email to team@believeoutloud.com with the subject "Remove Me".

Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your email address), or if a user no longer desires our service, you can correct, update or remove that user's personal data by sending email to team@believeoutloud.com .

Cookies
If a user chooses to register with our web site, a cookie is placed on their PC. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. This cookie is valid for two years, and saves the user the time of having to login every time they visit our web site. If a user rejects the cookie, they are still able to use our site by logging in. Cookies also enable us to enhance the experience on our site by customizing content based on the user's interests. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site.

Participation
Our web site enables users to participate in online grassroots activities (when an issue arises). Records of these activities are stored in our database, but this information is not shared with any third parties.

Spread the Word
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the email address. We automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. The email addresses of these friends are not stored in our database.
